On the morning of June 25, the China-Brazil Green Economy Innovation Dialogue was held at SENAI Tijuca. Gustavo Miranda, a technical management expert from SENAI, delivered a keynote speech titled "Brazil's Green Economy Innovation: Status, Data, and Key Challenges." He focused on the development trends of green energy in Brazil and the challenges it faces.

Next, Associate Professor Zhou Zhongbing from Guangdong Songshan Vocational and Technical College gave a keynote speech. He discussed the reforms and innovations in teaching and research at Guangdong Songshan Vocational and Technical College from the perspective of green innovation development.

Giovanni Pedroso, Senior Researcher at the SENAI Green Chemistry Innovation Institute, introduced the chemical research projects being undertaken at the institute. He expressed hope to expand cooperation with the Chinese delegation through project promotion and exchanges.

In the afternoon, the Chinese delegation visited the Civil Construction Materials Center and Renewable Energy Facilities at SENAI Vocational School. The school offers training courses that integrate new building materials with traditional construction skills, as well as courses on new technologies and vocational qualification certifications.
The delegation then visited the SENAI Green Chemistry Innovation Institute in Rio de Janeiro. The institute covers 2,400 square meters, with five advanced laboratories and a team of highly qualified experts. It focuses on developing industrial solutions using alternative technologies and renewable raw materials to create more efficient, lower-cost products, while reducing or eliminating the use and production of substances harmful to human health and the environment. Its research, development, and innovation projects are centered on pollution prevention, substitution of toxic substances, and reducing the consumption of non-renewable resources.
At the SENAI Biochemical Synthesis and Fiber Innovation Institute, Leonardo Teixeira, the Business Intelligence Coordinator, introduced the basic situation of the institute and demonstrated products such as clothing, backpacks, and socks developed by researchers using waste materials.
