2022 (Russia) future skills high-end training - micro-degree program as 2022 (Russia) BRICS + Eurasian skills remote international competition series of activities, jointly organized by the Russian Skills Development Agency and the BRICS Business Council of the Chinese Working Group on Skills Development, the training time from October 4 to December 9, 2022, the training program includes industrial design technology, machine learning and big data, Website design and development, blockchain-based solutions, space systems engineering, aerial robotics 6 future skills, for the BRICS countries school teachers or enterprise engineers to organize training, China's Guangxi Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Vocational Technology and Sichuan Vocational College of Technology two schools, a total of 16 people to participate in the training.

The aim of the project was to provide best training practices for promising occupations and skills to be integrated into the higher education system, to promote the development of highly skilled personnel and to contribute to the development of the new economy. More than 350 teachers and students from 42 educational institutions in Russia, Belarus, Brazil, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and China have participated in the program.

At present, all 16 university teachers from China have completed the final exam of the 2022 (Russia) Future Skills High-End Training-Micro-Degree Program and received advanced training certificates and skills passports issued by the Russian Skills Development Agency and the BRICS Business Council's Skills Development Working Group.

The "Skills Passport" is a kind of international examination and evaluation certificate of skill level, which is jointly initiated by the Russian Skills Group and the Chinese Skills Group, and the two sides have reached a cooperation agreement to take the lead in issuing the Skills Passport in the relevant skill fields in Russia and China. The issuance and implementation of the Skills Passport will, on the one hand, help lead the development of skills in BRICS and other emerging markets and developing countries and promote the harmonization of skills standards in BRICS and other emerging markets and developing countries; on the other hand, it will help open up the channels for the flow of talents in BRICS countries and cultivate internationalized and localized industrial workers with high comprehensive quality.
