the International Alliance of Skills Development for Belt & Road and BRICS's Professional Committee on Medicine and Health and its Sub-Committees have been officially established.

The election conference of the Professional Committee on Medicine and Health was held under the chairmanship of Mr. Lu Wei, Deputy Secretary-General of the Preparatory Committee. During the meeting, all attendees voted by show of hands to appoint Ms. Liu Zeyang as Chairperson, Ms. Xia Liping as Chairperson, and Ms. Bai Li as Secretary-General. Additionally, the list of vice-chairperson units, vice-chairpersons, executive directors, directors, and committee members was announced.

At the inauguration ceremony of the Professional Committee on Medicine and Health, Dr. Liu Zhenying, President of the International Alliance of Skills Development for Belt & Road and BRICS, Director of the China Association for Science and Technology Belt & Road and BRICS Skills Development and Technology Innovation Training Center, Chair of China Chapter of BRICS Business Council Skills Development, Applied Technology and Innovation Working Group, and President of BRICS Academy of Skills Development and Technology Innovation (Xiamen), along with Ms. Bai Li, former Deputy Director of the Emergency Department of the Air Force General Hospital, Professor Liu Zeyang, former Director of the Teaching and Research Office of the Peking University Medical Network Education College, and other leaders and experts jointly activated the launch screen, announcing the official establishment of the Professional Committee on Medicine and Health. Subsequently, Dr. Liu Zhenying and Professor Liu Zeyang presented certificates to alliance member units, deputy director units, deputy directors, and executive council members. The establishment of the Professional Committee will provide experts, academic institutions, and enterprises with an open, equitable, inclusive, and mutually supportive international academic exchange platform.

The competition organizing committee concurrently held establishment meetings for six sub-specialized committees under the Professional Committee on Medicine and Health, including: the Medical Laboratory Technology Sub-committee, the Health Care Vocational Skills (Geriatric Direction) Sub-committee, the Infant and Child Health Care Sub-committee, the Medical Imaging Technology Sub-committee, the Medical Virtual Reality Education Sub-committee, the AI Digital Medicine and Virtual Simulation Sub-committee, and the School Emergency Education Sub-committee. The establishment or preparatory establishment of these sub-committees will further promote the high-quality development of the pharmaceutical and health industry.
