Vice President Ming Shibin accompanied President Qiu Jun, Chairman Wang Qiaolin and his entourage to visit the Institute's Future Technology Exhibition and Experience Center and BRICS Lecture Hall. On the one hand, he introduced the construction background and main business directions of the institute, including focusing on future technology and skills research, curriculum development and international group standards development; internationalized technology and skills talent training and talent platform construction; competition instead of training and continuous BRICS Competition; international cooperation and technology exchange; and the transformation, incubation and exhibition of research results. On the other hand, it showed the progress made by the institute in carrying out BRICS Competition, developing international group standards, BRICS Lecture Hall, and building an international base for future technical skills and humanities exchange talents, and introduced the work plan for the year 2023.
President Qiu Jun greatly appreciated the international exchange and cooperation platform built by the institute and the initial construction results, outlined the development history and construction of Yichun Vocational and Technical College, and proposed that based on the school's advantageous disciplinary specialty clusters of gerontological nursing, pre-school education, lithium-ion new energy, and the VR national training base, it would work with the institute to carry out international exchanges, organize BRICS competitions, and build an international training base for future technical skills, It also proposes to cooperate with the institute to carry out international exchanges, hold BRICS competitions, build an international training base for future technical skills, cultivate internationalized skilled talents, and participate in the formulation of international group standards.
