Wang Lantao, Deputy Director of the Patent Office of the State Intellectual Property Office, said that since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has put intellectual property protection in a more prominent position, deployed and pushed forward a series of reforms, and introduced a series of major policies, actions, and plans to implement a strict system of intellectual property protection, and resolutely penalize intellectual property rights infringement in accordance with the law. China Invention Association started to set up the Fellowship system in 2018, and 11 outstanding talents in various disciplines, including He Hong, Tang Dali, Zhu Lan (female), Hao Zhifeng, Shen Jian, Wang Meiyun (female), Guo Lei, Dai Yuxing, Chai Maorong, Jiang Lianzhou, and Cao Yongge, have become the sixth batch of Fellows of China Invention Association.
